Year 2004

The Lamma Group Limited was established.
Head Office was located on 17/F of The Lamma Tower.

Mid-2005

The 35th storeys of A Grand Residential Building, namely, The Lamma Palace was enacted.

August 2005

An occupation permit was later granted.The Selling Plans for The Lamma Palace was launched.

Mid-2005

The Long- Term Investment Plan was launched. Acquired a commercial building at Hau Fook Street, Tsim Sha Tsui.
Successfully invited targeted beauty tenants to lease the premises and to transform it into a Beauty Theme Building.
Changed its name to THE LAMMA TOWER.

End 2005

Acquisition of a commercial building located at Jordan area. Successfully invited targeted tenants to lease the premises for educational purpose and to transform it into Educational Theme Building.
Awarded "The Best Managed Property 2005" (West Kowloon Best Security Service Award 2005) by Hong Kong Police Force for The Lamma Centre

Early 2006

Changed its name to THE LAMMA CENTRE
Expansion of Operation - Head Office was relocated to 16/F and 18/F of The Lamma Centre. End of 2006 - Acquisition of a recently built commercial building located at Prince Edward. Awarded the Best award for property management services 2006 for The Lamma Centre. Awarded "The Best Managed Property 2006" (West Kowloon Best Security Service Award 2006) by Hong Kong Police Force for The Lamma Centre.

Early 2007

Changed its name to PRINCE EDWARD ~ THE LAMMA CITY, which is situated in Prince Edward area.

Early 2007

Expansion of Operation - Head Office relocated to Whole Floor of 22/F Prince Edward ~ The Lamma City
