1) Property Officer

  • Manage a property portfolio of commercial buildings and work closely with various management companies
  • Work closely with the building-in-charges to ensure the quality of services delivered to our clients and tenants
  • Act as the company's representative to deal with the enquires from tenants
  • Assist to prepare the proposal for new business opportunities
  • Attend regular meetings with various management companies
  • Review quotations
  • Monitor the various building works
  • Visit sites/offices with potential tenants/buyers
  • Participate in various ad hoc projects / assignments, either independently or as a member of a team
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in real estate, building management or related discipline
  • 3 - 4 years relevant work experience in sizable property management company
  • Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
  • Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Initiative and able to work independently
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents Licence will be a definite advantage

2) Senior Leasing Officer

Job Duties :

  • Maintain up to date sales enquiries tenancy information of company's properties
  • Liaise with property agents for property leasing and investment opportunities
  • Handle daily leasing enquiry and manage all tenancy matters, including but not limited to tenancy documentation preparation, site inspection, tenants' fitting-out and renovation works
  • Explore, liaise and negotiate with potential clients for company's properties
  • Keep track, coordinate and monitor leasing related works including renewal/expiry of service contracts
  • Conduct marketing research, data analysis and compile regular reports
  • Keep abreast of new trends of commercial buildings and latest market information
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in property leasing and management
  • Holder of Estate Agent License is preferable
  • With knowledge of Decoration & Renovation and Project Co-ordination is preferable
  • Detail-minded, good interpersonal and communication skills, multi-tasking and capable to work under pressure
  • Good numerical & analytical sense, good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Good command in spoken of English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

 

3) Building Surveyor / Assistant Building Surveyor

Requirements :

  • Having 2 years of working experience in related disciplines is preferred
  • Degree in Building Surveying / Building Studies / Civil Construction Management or equivalent
  • Self-motivated, responsible and good communication skill
  • Fair command of English and Chinese for both spoken and written
  • Good PC skill including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint plus Auto CAD
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage

Responsibilities :

  • Assist Team Head in all A&A / renovation projects or ad hoc assignment issues
  • Monitor contractors and liaise with technicians on routine operation, maintenance and A&A works
  • To oversee maintenance activities are upkeep for branch equipment and building assets in a hygienic and efficient condition
  • To comply with company policy and exercise tendering and contract administration and enforcement of contracts
  • To perform facility and equipment performance assessment and give recommendations on repairing or replacement and parts inventory control
  • To participate in handover process
  • To review and generate reports on R&M activities periodically and handle all daily quotations and invoices
  • To ensure all licensing and certifications are renewed on time due to statutory requirement
  • To give recommendations and provide supports in costs effective ways on daily operational level
  • To assist and conduct periodically survey on service performance with relevant operation partners and develop enhancement plan accordingly
